Responsibility:
- Responsible for day to day administrative/projects
related
works
- To carry out any other duties or undergo training in
any
other field of the company's business as may be required by the company
from
time to time
- Assist
the Head of Sales & Marketing in daily operations.
- To assist
in preparing Sales & Marketing reports.
- Performs
administrative & secretarial duties such as preparing
correspondence &
reports, attend to inquiries and maintain proper filing system.
- Handle
all the correspondence and general reports efficiently in order to meet
the
datelines.
