Admin Officer
Petaling Jaya/ Kuala Lumpur
*Salary RM1600-RM2200*
Requirements:

  • Dip/ Degree in Admin
  • Must be well-versed with computer application
  • Working experience in admin is an added advantage
  • Reliable & Committed to meeting deadline
  • 1-2 years Exp or Freshie are encourage to apply


Responsibility:

  • Responsible for day to day administrative/projects related works 
  • To carry out any other duties or undergo training in any other field of the company's business as may be required by the company from time to time
  • Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in daily operations.
  • To assist in preparing Sales & Marketing reports.
  • Performs administrative & secretarial duties such as preparing correspondence & reports, attend to inquiries and maintain proper filing system.
  • Handle all the correspondence and general reports efficiently in order to meet the datelines.
