Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma
in any related field
- At
least 4 years working
experience in administrative
- Excellent
in MS Office
- Pro-active,
Resourceful, Outgoing and has pleasant personality
- Strong
in communication skill

Responsibilities:
- Ensure
efficient administration of document and adherence to procedure.
- Carry
out communications and public relations initiatives and
projects, working in concert with the Executive Director to achieve the
objectives and mission
- Provide
minutes, sub-committees and other ad hoc meetings that are
required from time to time
- Coordinate,
organize and oversee the implementation of
communications & PR plans,
events
and special initiatives and any other projects as directed
- Coordinate
electronic and paper publications; including the
editing, proof reading and distribution of monthly e-circular,
promotional
materials and etc.
- Provide
administrative support for website maintenance.
- Carry
out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as
directed by the Executive Director in addition to the above or assumed
on
personal initiative
