Admin Manager
Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM4500-RM5500*

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in any related field
  • At least 4 years working experience in administrative
  • Excellent in MS Office
  • Pro-active, Resourceful, Outgoing and has pleasant personality
  • Strong in communication skill
 
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient administration of document and adherence to procedure.
  • Carry out communications and public relations initiatives and projects, working in concert with the Executive Director to achieve the objectives and mission
  • Provide minutes, sub-committees and other ad hoc meetings that are required from time to time
  • Coordinate, organize and oversee the implementation of communications & PR plans,  events and special initiatives and any other projects as directed
  • Coordinate electronic and paper publications; including the editing, proof reading and distribution of monthly e-circular, promotional materials and etc.
  • Provide administrative support for  website maintenance.
  • Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as directed by the Executive Director in addition to the above or assumed on personal initiative
