Responsibilities:
- Performs all administrative
matters that related to local councils and other related government
offices such as licensing, export permit, chemical permit, working permit,
visa, customs clearance, regulations etc.
- Responsible for renewal of
Company wide licenses, insurance policies / matters, maintenance of office
equipment i.e. PABX system, fax machine, building maintenance such as
office cleanliness, renovation, signage, utilities bill etc.
- To assist the admin
department in the preparation of quotation, proposals, reports and to
attend to all incoming enquiries such as accommodation, travel
requisition, stationery, sundries, refreshment, petrol card, pest control etc.
- Updating fixed assets list by
extracting information from Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order (PO),
keep record of all warranty cards & user manual and update Accounts
Department to written off all the broken or end of life span items.
