Administration Executive

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Cert/Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or equivalent 
  • Proficient in English and Malay. 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, ie Microsoft Word & Excel. 
  • Good Personality, interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels of people 
  • Organised, systematic, responsible and independent 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office administration support to the management team 
  • To perform secretarial duties such as scheduling appointments & meetings 
  • Responsible for travel and meeting arrangement, handle all correspondences 
  • Manage the provision and upkeep of office equipments and furniture 
  • Responsible for the provision of stationery, grocery, and coordinate of briefing and meeting 
  • Ensure the smooth running and the administrative operations of the office. 
  • Required to prepare reports. 
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
