Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least SPM/Cert/Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or
equivalent
- Proficient
in English and Malay.
- Proficient
in MS Office applications, ie Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Good
Personality, interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all
levels of
people
- Organised,
systematic, responsible and independent
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for office administration support to the management team
- To
perform secretarial duties such as scheduling appointments &
meetings
- Responsible
for travel and meeting arrangement, handle all correspondences
- Manage the provision and upkeep of
office
equipments and furniture
- Responsible
for the provision of stationery, grocery, and coordinate of briefing
and
meeting
- Ensure
the smooth running and the administrative operations of the
office.
- Required
to prepare reports.
- Assist
in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
