Admin cum Secretary Executive

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics,or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s): MS Office.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese

  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage  

  • Able to work independently matured, well organized and look for details

  • Preferably Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

  • Full-Time positions available.


Responsibility:
  • Responsible of Company’s administration functions in order to ensure the office administration activities within the Company run smoothly and efficiently

  • Monitor and handles day-to-day tenant issues, and maintains accurate and up-to-date office equipment rental records

  • Responsible to replenishment purchasing of office supplies

  • Prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls of company’s fixed assets and stationeries and make recommendations to FC

  • Monitoring the office-desk counter, dispatch team and the mailroom activities and office cleaning support team

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency of service delivery methods and procedure

  • Responsible to secretary functions i.e., Booking accommodation, flight ticket, handle boss personal matters

  • Basic Accounting functions
