Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience in office management or related field
  • Must have supervision skills
  • Ale to work independently, well organize and look for details
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent in communication skill
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantag
Responsibility:
  • Ensure the office administration run smoothly and efficiently
  • Responsible to office maintenance as well
  • Set up and maintain an efficient and constantly up to date system
  • Manage calls/e-mail from tenants
  • Responsible to leave entitlements for own dept only
  • Oversee the office-desk counter, dispatch team and the mailroom activities and office cleaning support team
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency of service delivery methods and procedure
