Requirements:

disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience in office
management or related field
- Must have supervision skills
- Ale to work independently, well organize and
look for details
- Computer literate
- Excellent in communication skill
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is added

Responsibility:
- Ensure the office administration
run smoothly and efficiently
- Responsible to office maintenance
as well
- Set up and maintain an efficient
and constantly up to date system
- Manage calls/e-mail from tenants
- Responsible to leave entitlements
for own dept only
- Oversee the office-desk counter,
dispatch team and the mailroom activities and office cleaning support
team
- Continuously
monitor and evaluate the efficiency of
service delivery methods and procedure
