Admin cum HR Assistant

*Salary RM 2000-RM 3000*

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quotation, invoice, delivery note, purchase order for service department.
  • Monitor staffs’ attendance.
  • Arrangement of delivery order.
  • Provide support to HR general duties.
  • To maintain and update employees personal files, records and leave management.
  • Calculate for staff salary, allowance and commission.
  • Ad-Hoc duties assign by superior day by day.
