  Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Added Language would be an advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL, PJ, Subang and Shah Alam. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

  Responsibilities:

    Human Resource:
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory payment to EPF, SOSCO, Inland Revenue.
  • Administration of attendance, leave and overtime.
  • Any other duties or ad-hoc assignment given by superior or management from times to times.
 
    Admin:
  • To provide administration support for purchasing section which include correspondence, quotation, delivery order, supplier & principal purchase order, invoice, office documents and administrative works.
