Requirements:
- Min STPM/Dip in any relevant
field
- At least 2 years working
experience in admin
- Computer literate
- Meticulous in carry out
duties and responsibilities
- Pleasant personality with
good communication skills
- Good working attitude and willing to learn

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily
front office functions
- Facilitating smooth
operations of admin functions such as maintenance of records, diaries and
faxes, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, coordinate mails/parcels
and taking messages
- Ac-hoc duties as required by
superior
- Good liaison with supplier and contractors
