Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5-6 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in English, Malay & Chinese
  • Ability to read & write in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, ie Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Good Personality, interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels of people
  • Strong leadership qualities and dynamic personality
  • Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Multitasking, Hands-on person and able to work independently
  • Full time and immediate vacancy available
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage all spectrum of Administration function
  • Ensure the smooth operation of Administration Department
  • Review and develop administrative policies, procedures and systems for the efficiency of the operation
  • Handle administrative matters relating to local councils and other related government offices
  • Advise on compliance issues pertaining to prevailing laws and regulations of the country
  • Develop and maintain good working relationship
  • Formulate annual budget for the department
  • Perform ad hoc administrative assignments
