Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional
Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least
5-6 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for
this
position.
- Proficient
in English, Malay & Chinese
- Ability
to read & write in Mandarin would be an
added advantage.
- Proficient
in MS Office applications, ie Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Good
Personality, interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all
levels of
people
- Strong
leadership qualities and dynamic personality
- Possess
strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Multitasking,
Hands-on person and able to work independently

Responsibilities:
- Manage
all spectrum of Administration function
- Ensure the
smooth operation of Administration Department
- Review and
develop administrative policies, procedures and
systems for the efficiency of the operation
- Handle
administrative matters relating to local councils
and other related government offices
- Advise on
compliance issues pertaining to prevailing laws
and regulations of the country
- Develop and
maintain good working relationship
- Formulate
annual budget for the department
- Perform ad
hoc administrative assignments
