Requirements:

Diploma
or Degree in Business Professional Degree, Secretarial, Business
Studies/Administration
with 6-8 years experience

Good oral
and written skill

organized, detail and process oriented.

and high integrity, must also be fast learner & good organizer

Positive
work attitude and able to work independently in a team environment.

Willing
to learn and hard working, committed, able to work extra hours, good

command of write & spoken English and Malay

tasking, team player and ability to handle pressure and stress multiple
deadlines.

Posses
own car and valid car driving license.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain
Domain administration (create new email id, change password,
forwarding, payment of hosting and domain)
- Tenancy
Agreement (new and renewal)
- Implement effective
method to improve the efficiency and productivity
- Arrangements for
hotel and flight bookings
- Visa and passport
renewal arrangements
- Administration of
staff on-boarding procedure including work permit and visa application,
new hire checklist
- Ensure personal file,
leave and employee profile are always well organized and maintain up to
date.
- Liaise with
government statutory bodies
- Follow up and
maintain company licenses (renewal/transfer)or assist with new
application
- Maintain and follow
up with new or current Vehicle Road Tax & Insurance
Renewal, claim and transfer ownership
- Coordinate
and assist with company purchases and expenses.
