  Requirements:

  • Preferably having 2-3 years experience in similar capacityComputer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Pleasant personality and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

  Responsibilities:
  • Provide general secretarial and admin assistance of the department, ie: typing, faxing, filing, photocopying, mailing all correspondence, expenses claim and other documentation 
  • Timely sorting, dispatch and circulation of mail, correspondence, documents etc 
  • Assisting in co. functions execution 
  • Plan and co-ordinate travel arrangements 
  • Perform Purchase order requisition 
  • Co-ordinate birthday celebration/gift 
  • Organize and co-ordinate donations/ charify works 
  • Pantry supplies
