Requirements:
- Preferably

Responsibilities:
- Provide
general
secretarial and admin assistance of the department, ie: typing, faxing,
filing,
photocopying, mailing all correspondence, expenses claim and other
documentation
- Timely
sorting,
dispatch and circulation of mail, correspondence, documents
etc
- Assisting
in co.
functions execution
- Plan
and co-ordinate
travel arrangements
- Perform
Purchase
order requisition
- Co-ordinate
birthday
celebration/gift
- Organize
and
co-ordinate donations/ charify works
