Admin Executive

*Salary RM 3000 - RM 4000*


  Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in administrative
  • Good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & challenging environment
  • Good analytical skills, result oriented, organized, detailed and committed to deadlines


  Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in projects, planning, problem solving and executing the department’s goals and objectives.
  • General Office Administration, Office Support and Services and in-charge of Operative Staff.
  • Oversees and coordinates the full spectrum of admin related activities
  • Undertakes or assists with the development of the admin-related procurement activities through continuous improvement and consistently evaluating existing ways of doing things with a view to increase efficiency, effectiveness and value for money.
  • Ensures effective execution of admin related procurement activities are compliant with the company’s procurement policies and procedures
  • Ensure Admin Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual encompasses all relevant administration operating procedures.
  • Performs a variety of routine typing assignment, assist in basic correspondence, enters / complies data and print reports, updates files and maintains proper filling systems for documents paperwork as appropriate.
