Admin Officer

*Salary RM1600-RM2200*
Requirements:
  • Cert/Dip in Admin
  • Must be well-versed with computer application
  • Working experience in admin is an added advantage
  • Reliable & Committed to meeting deadline
  • 1-2 years Exp or Freshie are encourage to apply
Responsibility:

  • Taking & Screening incoming call and visitors and direct them to the attention of the respective staff
  • Taking down of all telephone messages in the event that staff is not available and conveys the message to the person concerned
  • Clearing all incoming faxes/transmitting all outgoing faxes and distribute to the respective staff and file them accordingly
  • Responsible for day to day administrative/projects related works 
  • To carry out any other duties or undergo training in any other field of the company's business as may be required by the company from time to time
