Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Analytical and highly numerate
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to plan and organize own work
  • Initiative and self motivated
  • Team player, Reliable, Flexible
  • Learn and adapt to change quickly
  • Must be web/internet savvy
Responsibility:
  • Coordinate and carry out hotel bookings from global travel websites, travel agents and groups
  • Prepare quotations for group stays
  • Be well-versed with the company’s products.
  • Provide necessary support to the Revenue Management/ Marketing and Operations Department as and when needed.
  • Process bookings/ reservation & other pre-travel matters
  • Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Hardworking, responsible and committed to work
