Requirements:
- Minimum
Degree in Accounting
-
5
years experience in
business/sales in a multinational organization.
- Strong
analytical
skills and a wizard in spreadsheet and financial analysis. Excellent
verbal and
written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Work
with management
to develop annual budgets and monthly rolling forecast
- Provides
meaningful monthly analysis of
variances and deviations to the management team
- Assist in generating of monthly KPI and
management scorecards.
- Facilitate and monitor Working Capital and
Cash Generation
- Participate
in management discussions
relating to business and strategic planning
- Identify, implement and maintain internal
controls to meet requirements and best practices
- Identify, review and implement process
improvement initiatives with countries and supporting
functions
- Lead
financial initiatives and projects as and when necessary
