Requirements:

• Processing accounting transactions for companies in Malaysia and/or other countries, and providing guidance to accountants
• Working with internal and external people in the countries
• Management and statutory entries, performing the monthly account closing according to the specified deadlines including preparation of necessary reconciliations, analyses and reports.
• Supervised a few staffs
• Making and reversing accruals as required to reflect the operations of the company
• Working with local internal and external people to ensure all applicable VAT, Tax and other statutory returns including annual accounts are prepared and filed correctly and in a timely manner
• Analysis of accounts according to business requirements
• Preparation of accounting books in US and local GAAP
• Degree in Accounting/Finance  or Professional accounting qualification eg. ACCA, CIMA
• Minimum 4 years’ accounting experience with auditing background (advantage)
