Admin cum Finance Executive
Kuala Lumpur
*Salary RM 3000 - RM 3500*

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting and Finance with minimum 3 years experience in accounting
  • functions. Receivables experience would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good English and communication skills.
  • A strong record of reliability and the ability to handle a high volume of paperwork.
Responsibilities:

  • Answers telephone to receive and provide necessary information and take the proper follow-up action.
  • Performs administrative tasks, including typing, filing, copying and faxing.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and takes necessary follow-up action.
  • Greets potential customers or other visitors who drop by.
  • Keeping track of office supplies and schedule of cleaning services
  • Coordinates and assists planning of meetings and events. Assembles necessary materials and information.
  • Arranges and schedules travel tickets and accommodation.
  • Prepares various confidential and complex reports, such as forecast and sales executive performance reports. 
  • Gathers information and provides reports using personal computer (PC) including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Assists with office maintenance
  • Assists with IT support
  • Responsible for filing and monitoring stocks of product brochures.
  • Any other assignment delegated by the management.
  • Co-ordinates with project team to ensure invoicing for completed projects is timely issued
  • Prepares commercial invoices to bill clients for local project
  • Banking and matching receipts to Account Receivables Aging and reconcile statement of accounts with clients.
  • Prepares weekly Order-Shipment-Backlog Report to Corporate 
  • Checks the accuracy of all bills and supplier’s statements for Payment Requisitions
  • Supports with annual audit and tax compliance work
  • Assists the preparation of monthly schedule on provision for doubtful listing
