Requirments:
- Posses a recognized degree or professional
qualification in Accountancy and member of MIA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience,
with at least 2 years as an accountant, preferably in similar capacity
or in International auditing firm
- Competent with accounting/ tax technicalities
and abreast with current accounting standards and tax pronouncements
- Familiar with preparation of quarterly results
announcement to the relevant stock exchange
- Experience in preparation of consolidated
accounts will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling accounts of foreign
companies will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
- Handle group consolidated financial statements,
quarterly results, analysis of income and expenses and statement of
financial positions.
- ensure timely financial reporting and
compliance with the relevant governing standards and regulations
- Liaise with external auditors, tax
agents and company secretaries.
- Prepare management accounting information, cash
flow projection and budgetary control.
- Any ad-hoc assignment from management
