Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end closing activities, general ledger
account postings,
inter-companies transactions, account analysis and reconciliations;
- Review analyzes, reconciles, and interprets financial
results with
business managers and advises on financial implications of business
decisions\
- Monitors compliance accounting policies and internal
controls
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary,
insurance, banks and
other statutory bodies/ authorities on internal and external audit
matters, and
all statutory and tax requirements compliances;
- Manage treasury, tax and risks in accordance with
company’s policies and
identifying risks and opportunities;
- Assists in financial planning, preparation of
financial statements,
budgets, forecasts, and cash flows;
- Assists in training accounting/finance policy,
reconciliation, and
account analysis process.
- Observe physical inventories to ensure they are
performed in accordance
with company procedures and counts are accurate and complete;
- Assists with any other tasks as and when assigned by
the Management
