Accounts Officer
Subang Jaya
*Salary RM 2200 - RM 3000*
  Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of accounting and/or audit experience. Experience in audit will be an added advantage.
  • Possess qualification from a recognised professional accounting body
  • Independent, dedicated and able to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate and to collaborate across functions
  • Ability to work in an environment of change
  • Possess good skills in Microsoft Excel
 

  Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliation schedules monthly to ensure any reconciling items are investigated and resolved promptly.
  • Prepare reconciliations of bank, creditors, inter companies.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecast.
  • Monthly monitoring and review of performance against budgets and highlight variances.
  • Any ad hoc assignments as instructed by the management
