Requirements:
- Minimum

- Relevant

in SAP Order to Cash module will be an added advantage.

communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible
to drive down Day Sales Outstanding
- Responsible
to drive down % overdue
- Proper
bank in of customer payments.
- Ensure
good working relationships with customers
and prompt follow-up on overdues.
- Engage
internal stakeholders from Invoicing,
Sales, Customer Service and Operations to resolve the
customer’s dispute to their satisfaction.
- Exposure
to industry recognized Enterprise
Resource Planning platform - SAP
- MNC,
Contract 1 year subject to renewal/permanent based on performance.
