Requirements:

• Setting clearly defined performance objectives for the Disbursement team,     ensuring appropriate alignment with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements- Participating in recruitment of Payables team
• Managing the disbursement teams to reach quality standards defined in relevant SLAs
• Managing the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of AP transaction processing
• Providing oversight to team leads in the completion of all required AP processing activities prior to period ends
• Ensuring the Payables team members maintain appropriate levels of technical competence
• Managing the maintenance and updating of AP processes and procedures
• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CIMA or partial professional studies
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Accountancy and at least 1 years in Team Leader / Supervisor role in SSC;
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
• High level, authoritative knowledge and application of accounting and financial analysis principles
